We’re excited to be preparing for Age to Age Camp 2019! Attached to this letter will be a packing list, permission slip, and medicine form that will need to filled out and returned by May 21st. Below are the dates and grades for each camp:
- Extreme Team || May 24-26 || Grades 10-12
- Kids will be picked up around 5pm May 24, and dropped off around 5pm on May 26
- Older Camp || May 31-June 5 || Grades 5 – 7
- Kids will be picked up around 5pm on May 31 and dropped off around 11am on June 5
- J Crew Camp || June 6 – 9 || Grades 8-9
- Kids will be picked up around 5pm on June 6 and dropped off around 11am on June 9
- Younger Camp || June 15th || Kindergarten – 4th
- Pickup around 9am and drop-off around 8pm
PACKING LIST (Older & J Crew only) :
1 blanket or sleeping bag
1 set of twin sheets
1 pillow and pillow case
2 bath towels
1 towel for the pool
1-2 swimsuits (girls should have a 1 piece or 2 piece with t-shirt)
1-2 pairs of pajamas
5-7 pairs of shorts
7 shirts
1 Jacket or sweatshirt
7 pairs of socks
1 pair of athletic shoes
1 pair of flip flops or casual shoe
1 pair of old flip-flops (to shower in)
Personal items: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo…
Medicine (PLEASE completely fill out the medicine form)
DO NOT PACK cell phones, iPods, or any snack foods
PACKING LIST (Extreme Team only) :
1 blanket or sleeping bag (will be sleeping in a church)
1 pillow and pillow case
2 towels for shower
Clothes for 3 days
Comfortable pair of shoes
1 Jacket, sweatshirt, or sweater (it might be chilly at night)
Personal Items: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any device brought on the trip.
(Extreme Team Only) For the trip this summer we will be staying in West Memphis, AR. The students may want to bring some extra money for spending. We will be doing various activities in the Memphis Tennessee area such as go karts, laser tag, and attend the Civil Rights Museum
